By Car 

The villa is about 35 minutes away from Nice airport. Leave the A8 autoroute at Mougins, just north of Cannes, and take the dual carriageway A1085 towards Grasse. 

At the end of the dual carriageway (after a short tunnel) take the FIRST exit on the roundabout, down the hill towards the Grasse football stadium (signed Pegomas). Turn right (first exit) on the small roundabout by the Stade de Grasse, and follow the small winding road through a residential area, climbing gradually. Just after the waterworks (Lyonnaise d’eau) on the left, take care, as the road narrows for about 200 metres alongside an ancient wall. Go straight on at the roundabout by the Casino supermarket, and 200 meters later, turn left onto the road towards Peymeinade, opposite the Fiat dealer. 

Follow the Peymeinade road down and up the other side of the valley, and at the first roundabout soon after the garden centre, turn right (first exit) towards Spéracedes and St Cezaire. 

After 3km, you enter Spéracedes. Straight on at the mini roundabout, left at the next junction, and the villa  (No 455) is on the right, just before the village limit sign (Spéracedes crossed through). 

Continue, though, to the bus shelter on your right, turn around, and approach the villa from the other direction, as the drive access is otherwise too tight to turn.
